Bielinski Homes Inc. sells 525 Emerald Hills Drive, Fredonia

On June 26, Peter R. Apostoluk purchased a home at 525 Emerald Hills Drive, Fredonia from Bielinski Homes Inc. for $301,900.

The home at 845 North St., Belgium was sold on June 11 by Shannon Lemke for $145,500. The buyer was Steven Walters.

On June 7, B and N Development LLC sold their home at 501 Greystone Drive, Port Wash. to Greystone Port Washington LLC for $840,000.

The property at 8920 W. Eagle Court, Mequon was sold on June 1 by Highlander Estates LLC for $159,900. The buyer was Tim O'Brien Homes Inc..
