Cedarburg High School standout Paytn Monticelli’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Cedarburg High School standout Paytn Monticelli’s current college team, the Oklahoma Sooners, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The game took place at Love's Field. This was their first matchup against the Jayhawks this season.

The Sooners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3:15 p.m. at Love's Field against Kansas Jayhawks.
