Jackson Brewer, former Homestead High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Saturday, May 31 in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship

On Saturday, May 31, former Homestead High School standout Jackson Brewer’s current collegiate team the Columbia Lions lost 1-14 against the Miami Hurricanes in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park at 9 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Miami Hurricanes in the tournament.

The Columbia Lions’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 2:05 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park.
