Description

METRO Model Railroad Club's 27 Annual Railroad Show and Swap Meet is on Sunday, March 12 from 9am-4pm at the Ozaukee Pavillion at the Ozaukee County Fairgrounds. There will be multiple scales of operating model train layouts, as well as more than 50 tables of dealers and swappers on hand to buy, sell and trade model railroad equipment, both new and used. The many club members and dealers on hand will be able to help modelers young and old with layout designs, problem solving, and scenic hints.

The METRO Model Railroad Club is a non-profit organization for railfans and model railroaders of all ages and types. Based out of Port Washington, the METRO Club is involved in creating scale model railroad layouts, planning railfan trips and tours, organizing seminars and clinics on modeling and prototype railroading, sponsoring shows and minting an extensive collection of railroad resource material and memorabilia. Membership is open to anyone sharing similar interests.

We hold this train show every year as a fundraiser for the organization to help pay for our rent, insurance and other expenses.
