Dear Residents,
Here is an update on the Street and Utility work. All timelines listed below are subject to change due to weather conditions or equipment breakdowns.
Highland Drive & Sunnyside Lane
Dorner Inc will continue with the sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer installation, and should be completed by the end of July.
Denny Rahn Excavating has begun the road work, which involves removing 14‐inches of existing asphalt, base and spreading 9‐inches of new base course. The road work should be completed in early August and will be followed by the concrete work.

All streets continue to be closed to thru traffic. Due to the construction, roadway access and driveway access may be limited during working hours but will be restored at the end of the day.
