The property at 2342 Wisconsin Ave., Grafton was sold on March 25 by Habitat for Humanity Ozaukee, a Wisconsin Non-Stock Corp. Inc. for $180,500. The buyer was Sally Thornton McComis.

So far in March 2022, 24 properties sold in Grafton.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Virginia A. Palkovich, 72, was the only registered voter residing at 2342 Wisconsin Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
