Self-Care After Covid
Set a Reminder
Description
With so many struggling with post-Covid symptoms, this workshop goes over techniques such as breathwork, movement, and herbs to help accelerate one’s recovery.
COVID has impacted a staggering number of people. Some have come through it easily, some not so much, and some, tragically, not at all. Common to many, even those who suffered relatively mild symptoms, is an ongoing feeling of fatigue. This is often accompanied by breath that is labored and has not returned to pre-COVID function. This has been described as part of “long COVID” and not something for which the medical community has a ready cure. The good news is that there are numerous self care practices that can help to relieve ongoing symptoms.
During the workshop, you will learn an alternative method of approaching issues for which medication either isn’t
available or doesn’t seem to be resolving. We will teach several self care practices and then give you an opportunity to experience them in a guided practice. Three specific practices will be available in video form on demand for review and use after the workshop.
