Description
Gain an understanding of the more common forms of anxiety seen in children, adolescents, and adults. Learn the neuroscience underlying and driving these anxieties and healthy practices we can teach our children, and adopt ourselves, to manage them. Following the presentation, will be an opportunity for parents to break into groups (based on the ages of their children) to discuss some of the strategies learned and how they can use them with their children.
