The property at 316 E. Washington St., Port Wash. was sold on Nov. 6 by Port Townhomes LLC, a Wisconsin LLC for $349,900. The buyers were Andrew J. Gumm and Susan N. Gumm Living Trust Dated January 20, 2006.

This property is the only sale in Port Washington so far in November 2018 as of this publication.

According to the Wisconsin State Elections Commission, Andrew James Gumm has been registered to vote since 2019.

The Wisconsin State Elections Commission data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 316 E. Washington St., Port Wash. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew James Gumm, 69, and Margaret M. Burns, 96.
