City Of Mequon issued the following announcement on Sept. 3
Don’t miss the Taste of Mequon on September 11 from 12:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. in front of City Hall. Music will be playing all day long with the LO/ST Band from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M., Sawdust Symphony from 3:30 P.M. – 5:00 P.M., and Stray Voltage closing out the evening from 6:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. The children’s area will run from 12:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. and will feature an inflatable obstacle course and slide, an open-air bounce house, soccer darts, carnival games, a balloon artist and art area.
There will be many delicious food and beverage options, so come hungry! Don’t forget to stop by the Mequon Community Foundation Tent to enter a raffle to win a ride on a Mequon Fire Truck to any Mequon school. A 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony will take place at the main stage at 5:30 P.M. Parking will be available at Homestead High School and a complimentary shuttle will be provided. Come out and join the fun with family, friends, and neighbors!
